Mindset. Strength. Growth.
About Me: The Resilient Architect
Professional Practitioner. Competitive Athlete. Advocate for the Human Element.
I believe that enterprise software is only as strong as the people who use it.
For over 10 years, I’ve navigated the 'heavy lifting' of enterprise performance from every possible angle. My journey from implementation consultant to Director of Enablement has taught me that software is just a tool; people are the power. Through the MSG framework (Mindset, Strategy, Growth), I help teams build the resiliency they need to stay strong under the bar of digital transformation. My mission is to move the industry beyond 'checking the box' on software installs and toward building organizational muscle that lasts.
The MorMSG Philosophy
I founded MorMSG as a thought leadership platform to share my passion for organizational performance. My brand is built on three pillars: Mindset, Strategy, and Growth (MSG).
My perspective is unique because it’s forged in two very different arenas: the boardroom and the weightlifting platform. In the gym, I’ve learned that resistance is the only way to grow. In the Office of Finance, I’ve learned that the same is true. Resiliency isn't about avoiding the weight of change; it’s about building the muscle—technical, strategic, and mental—to carry it.
Building in Public
Currently, I am distilling a decade of "in-the-trenches" insights into my upcoming book, "Under the Bar." This site serves as my Insights Lab—a place where I explore:
Mindset: How to lead teams through the friction of change.
Strategy: Using AI as a "force multiplier" for the modern Finance professional.
Growth: Moving beyond software installs to achieve true Human ROI.
Advocacy & Community
While I am fully committed to my work as a practitioner at Andrew Morgan, I am a passionate advocate for the EPM community. I am open to speaking engagements, podcast appearances, and collaborative research on the future of enablement, AI in finance, and organizational resiliency.
My goal is simple: To help the Office of Finance stop "surviving" implementations and start thriving through them.
The system is ready. Are your people?
Meet Marjorie
For me, professional growth and personal mastery are two sides of the same coin. I've been a part of the OneStream community since 2013, first as a client and then joining Finit. My experience in implementation and training sparked a passion for developing clear, standardized strategies that empower individuals. As a OneStream Certified Lead Architect and a Prosci Certified Change Management Professional, I later expanded this expertise as a Manager of Curriculum Strategy and Content Development at OneStream and, in my most recent role, have helped organizations increase user adoption by over 50%. My focus has always been on translating complex systems into a straightforward path to expertise.
Beyond my work in the corporate world, I am a competitive weightlifter, a pursuit that embodies the same principles of discipline and strength. I've been ranked in the top 10 for two consecutive years in my age and weight class, placing in several national competitions and competing at international events. I'm currently training to qualify for the 2026 World Championships in Athens, Greece. This journey has reinforced my belief that with consistent effort, anyone can achieve their goals.
My upcoming podcast and book will explore the principles of everyday resiliency. These projects are a natural extension of my belief that the dedication we bring to our professional and personal lives can help us achieve true mastery.
Welcome to my journey. I'm excited to help you start yours.
